Yes! Free private parking is available directly on the property. Please park only in the designated area in front of the house between the two newly planted trees. Parking is at your own risk.

The upper floor is still under construction and is not available to guests. However, this does not affect your stay at all - there's no ongoing construction work, no noise, and the upstairs area is completely separate from your living space. All guest areas on the ground floor are fully finished and functional.

Important note: While the ground floor is completely ready for guests, we want to be transparent that you'll see the incomplete upper floor. This doesn't impact your comfort or privacy in any way, but we believe in being honest about what you'll experience during your stay.

Currently, there is no swimming pool. However, you have direct beach access just 30 steps from your terrace! A swimming pool is part of our future plans for the property, likely to be completed within the next two years.

As this is a newly completed property, occasional garden maintenance may be necessary, including tree planting and basic landscaping work. We always try to schedule this work when the property is unoccupied, but sometimes it's unavoidable during guest stays.

What to expect:

• Any garden work will be done respectfully and with minimal disturbance
• Work is typically brief and during reasonable daytime hours
• If you experience any inconvenience, please contact us immediately and we'll coordinate to minimize disruption to your stay

We use a secure lockbox system:

1. Locate the Key Safe: Find the lockbox on the right wall of the house
2. Use this code: We will provide you with the access code 24 hours before your arrival for security reasons
3. Inside you'll find three keys:
   • Main house entry key (front door)
   • Washing machine room key (room under stairs)
   • Wood storage box key (on terrace)

Our beach features smooth stones and pebbles with incredibly clear water - perfect for swimming and snorkeling! Many guests prefer this natural, unspoiled setting to crowded sandy beaches. We provide water shoes in various sizes for comfortable walking on the pebbles.

The washing machine is located in a separate room under the stairs on the left side of the house. You'll receive the key to this room at check-in. Feel free to use it for longer stays - we want you to feel completely at home!
